Is it possible to break down scar tissue leftover from a gyno surgery with the aid of an ultrasound machine that physiotherapists often use?

Thank you!

Yes but ... in general massage, heat and careful use of steroid injections can solve most scar issues.

There are many treatments for scar manipulation. The best way to break up the scar from gynecomastia surgery is a lot of exercise to stretch and build the pectoral region and increase blood flow to the area. The situation is similar to knee reconstruction postoperative motion is helpful

Ultrasound therapy may be helpful, and especially if you're struggling with scar tissue, but generally massage and stretching is adequate.
