Pseudo that doesn't trim off

Have been on adderall since 8 years old and my entire family are curvy/chubby slower metabolisms. I am 6'6 currently 301 I got down from 330. Throughout my entire life I fluctuated weight but at my smallest fat % my moobs looked even bigger. I am thinking possible hormone imbalance giving the extra fat in my backside also. I have 3 signs of possible imbalance; My body's weight distribution goes to my chest, butt, and then stomach in that order, I barely grow any body hair whatsoever, and my face has a great deal of feminine features. I have zero question of being a male and I am engaged to a woman who loves my body fortunately.. Thoughts?
