Gyno Surgery in Thailand in 2017

Hi Guys,
I am looking at surgery options in Thailand, I am living here 5 yrs now and in no rush, I want the best of the best, I believe in doing it once and doing it right no matter the cost, 
Anyone who has had any experiences here in the last year or so please post your experience, all the Thailand threads seem to be out of date except for Dr, Siripong, 
I would rather do it at a hospital under full anesthetic rather than local.
