How many weeks have passed from your surgery?
Wait at least 5-6 months, so swelling and any change will stop develop and see final result.. it might be even better.
You might not believe it, but after months and still changes come. Need patience

I am 3 months today, so I will wait and see how things go, I have been working out also.
