What can I expect?

Hey.
What do you guys think I can expect from surgery? I'm pretty serious about getting my breasts fixed, but I'm afraid I've set my hopes too high and I won't be satisfied with what I'll get.
Here are some photos of my condition. I've already started dieting and working out, and I'll try to keep it going for another year and a half (by then money won't be a problem as it's the case now).

Yes I always thought it was a really bad case, that's why I have this fear now that even with surgery I'd still have a weird looking chest and will never be able to live with it.

Not true. My gyno was worse than yours. Check out my thread. If you put in the work you can look fantastic given that your surgery goes fine with no problems.

Its not that severe, should be possible to get great results in the right hands.
