You can try hitting the gym -- it won't help.  You can buy some creams -- it will cost you money and not do a thing to help.

You have chest asymmetry, puffy nipples and gynecomastia.  When you have tried all the other methods and predictably failed, then you will realize that the only way to remove the problem is with surgery.  Then go about finding an appropriate expert gyne surgeon in your area.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, what bothers me the most is the asymmetry and the puffy nipples, doctor.
Do you have an example of a post-op similar case?

You fist of all you have gynecomastia. It is normal to have some variability from side to side. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate your severity at 4.5 to 5.

You have bilateral gynecomastia. Surgery is the only treatment that will predictably get you the best result. The real issue is whether or not your areola is going to shrink well enough on its own or whether you would benefit from a peri-areolar skin remove. This would require an exam. Good luck.
