Surgery in California?

Been dealing with this since I was a preteen but recently have done my own research on what gyno really was within this year. Have super mild gyno and it still affects my physique so I want it gone, just excision though. Anyone know any good surgeons in California, most preferably NorCal? A good surgeon recommendation along with prices would be very much appreciated.
