Gynecomastia or Fat

Hi everybody I have this problem for years and i dont know is it just normal fat or gynecomastia, I started dieting and exercising and i hope there will be an improvement 
I hope any1 can help me determine what is it

You have puffy nipples -- which is ALWAYS solid breast tissue under the areolas and which always requires direct gland excision.  Fat does not do this!  And don't be fooled by how it feels -- breast tissue can be very soft and can mimic fat.

Make sure you go to a specialist in gyne surgery -- or consider traveling for such expertise.
