Has anyone had Pecs implants w/surgery

I am in the process of locating a surgeon in the Atlanta area to go to. I have a good handful of breast tissues that you can cup in a palm when holding them. I am thinking that there might be too much skin that might sag after surgery. Therfore I am thinking I want to go ahead and have a pec implant done at the same time to give me that more defined and cut chest. What do you guys think and if you have had surgery in Atlanta who did you use and how was the outcome?
