Crease in aereola

I am 4 weeks post surgery for level one gynecomastia and I am concerned in regards to the deep crevice below my incision. It is causing the incision to bulge out. I would like to know what can be done to remedy this? 
Can anyone tell me what caused the crease and whether it will improve?

Much too early to tell if anything is wrong -- there is still a moderate amount of swelling.  Be patient and give it several months to settle down.  If it still persists, then return to your surgeon to discuss the matter.

Without seeing a photo it is hard to say. but I agree that you are very early in the healing process. I generally have my patients start massaging at about this time so check in wih your surgeon.

I agree with the other surgeons. Any creases or irregularities at this point may work themselves out as healing progresses.  Alternatively, if this is where you have an incision, it might be related to that and as the scar tissue evolves, it may become less apparent.  Posting photos might make it easer to comment more specifically.
