Not at all.  There will be some scar tissue present that needs to be managed, but 2 previous surgeries don't put you at any more risk than one previous surgery when undergoing revision.  I have had a number of patients who already had more than one procedure when they came to me. And you'll be in great hands with Dr. Jacobs.
