I would suggest you try starting with a B cup.  I have no idea about band size.

I think you’ll find that you’ll feel much more comfortable with the support of a bra, and look much better with everything nicely held in place and no more nipples showing through your tops.

It’s good that you are going to start wearing a bra. Your best course of action is to go into a store, get fitted, and try on.

Just by looking at you when you come in braless, the sales associate will know that you need to wear a bra and looking for bras for yourself.  Most likely, she will be extra sensitive and attentive.
