Can Fluticasone nasal spray cause gynecomastia?

I previously had gynecomastia surgery in November 2017. Just recently, i had septoplasty surgery last month. My doctor prescribed me fluticasone nasal spray for nasal inflammation. Since fluticasone is a corticosteroid, is there a possibility this could give me gynecomastia again if i take the medication. I feel very anxious about taking it. I don't want to get gynecomastia again.
