I post operation almost 7 weeks.

The left side was fine. My right side had grater deformity. The skin adhered directly to the muscle. It cause slight pain
&  tightness when i raise up my right hand.

Is it normal? Whats the reason of the pain?

Thanks. Can untethered the scar? How long should i wait for revision?

Ideally you should wait 4-6 months for everything to settle down.  Then consult with a gynecomastia surgery expert who should be able to reconstruct the crater deformity.
