OK...I finally went to see and endo yesterday, and I'm VERY glad I did. After a lot of poking and prodding, we've come to the conclusion that I have hyperthyroidism, which is causing my gyne, among many other health issues. We will not know for sure untill the tests come back, but all the symptoms fit EXACTLY, incuding a swelled thyroid gland which I can feel.

The endo I saw was VERY well credited in this field, and I trust him 100%. I have seen many doctors throughout my lifetime, and never felt more confident in one's ability than this guy.He seems almost positive that when we fix the thyroid problem, my gyne will go away on it's own, in possibly a matter of a few weeks.

My question is this:

If I start taking medication to fix the thyroid problem, can I also use "Andractim" to help speed up the process, or could that potentially due more damage??

Thanks in advance

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
Thats a question you should ask the Endo. If he thinks it will do good, he will fill you out a prescription. Andractim will cost alot less if it is prescribed to you.
$2,800 = Freedom!
