I'm 24 days post op for gland removal and Vaser lipo and still struggling pretty badly with range of motion.  When I try to raise my right arm above parallel it feels extremely tight and as if it's tethered by a tight band of tissue.
I know I'm still quite early in the recover process, but is this normal?
The tight band is visible on the lateral border of my chest when I attempt to raise my arm. This is only an issue on my right side so it's a bit concerning.
Any insight would be extremely appreciated!

Dear Hobo,
This is normal scar tissue. It will resolve. You can massage it to help it along but this is very common and almost expected, just give it some time.
