Too old?

Hello, 
 I am new here. I was wondering, I just turned 59  is that too old to get gynecomastia surgery, due to skin getting thinner as we age?

You are not too old.  But you should consult with a gyne expert surgeon to determine all the pros and cons of gyne surgery in your age group.
