Puffy 48 hrs after surgery

Hi, I just had surgery, am about 48hrs post op. My nipples still seem to be as puffy as they were before surgery... is this normal? or has the dr not taken enough gland out? Any response would be greatly appreciated.

It is to early to say because there is much swelling present from the trauma of surgery. Good luck.
