Dr. Lebowitz- curiosity
I am curious.
How come Dr. Lebowitz has no negative reviews on google (all his reviews are 5 stars) but on realself he only have one review (and that review happens to be really negative: 1 star)?

I mean no matter how good surgeon you are, there will be always some unfavorable reviews. 
But how come he manage to have all 5 star reviews on google... 
Am I missing something?
