There are a lot of new members here, and part of acceptance is learning to support the breasts.

Options range from compression vests to underwire bras and every one of those will require a proper measuring.

The best solution is to go get fitted. My personal preference is Torrid, but Soma and other shops will work as well.

Don't worry about going in because the Torrid SA said 30% of their clients are men. 

Once they SA had taken your measurements, she can show you all the options that will fit your body and your style. 
You can go discrete to protruding, that depends on you. 

For those looking at sports bras only, they have many styles as well.
