Loose clothing and layers hide my bra from showing when I' out and about. I always wear a bra when I leave the house and as soon as I get home, I set them free. I also use the spin method for putting on and taking off

Yep, noticeable.

I haven’t felt an any recent growth for a few months but my T shirts have felt a bit tighter across my breasts. Measuring gave me a 1/4” gain but I think I am filling out on top.
Regards, Bob

WP the sports bra is doing wonders in masking the breasts for a more polished flat look.

Tax, that blue is a great color and contrary to the breasts being visibly shaped it does a great job in showing a more flush look that honestly I don't know if i'd notice the obvious if it wasn't for knowing the obvious.

Thank you.

This is poss. the fifth or sixth time someone stated that they are not noticing and that my breasts seem "natural" on my body.  When I asked the last person who said this, their response was basically I was not registering as a "Dude" with boobs, but simply not hitting the raider, almost like stealth.

Tax,  I agree, and you have shown us here, that wearing a well shaping bra or shelf tank we can round out our breast out and go on without screaming look at me I have boobs. You look great in the blue shirt and have a great shape under it.  I agree that most wouldn't give you a second glance.  That look and your confidence will give no one reason to think anything is out of the norm.

Woke up this morning and caught my reflection in the window of our patio door as I was enjoying my cup of coffee. And was taken back a bit at how full my shirt felt and looked. Even without a bra I feel my chest has taken a shape and contour from recent spurts that make it noticeable what’s underneath now.

Oddly enough I absolutely enjoy the fact that it looks like this. I saw a Facebook memory the other day of me at a friends house swimming and it was first time in awhile I seen what my chest used to look like. Began budding at 32, 39 now and a C cup. But also made me realize while I’m sure some men have large busts and go another business at pools without issue. Made me wonder if it’s time to consider trying out tankinis or other items that may be unisex but for support.

Dude, It's hard for me to say how you would look or feel about swimming that is something  you will have to gauge.  Many here do like tankinis a rash shirt may work as well.  At a C cup I feel its about time to address the topic and find something that will work at limiting movement.

Your profile looks nicely shaped in the photo above.  That look isn't much different than a buff male.  That look swimming shouldn't be mush of a problem.

Thanks. I’m not too worried over it. Just don’t want to make it awkward for others. I feel I workout daily and take care of my body but the chest is just much softer looking and with movement and projection rather stable and flush it quickly feels like there’s a “something is different” rather than blending in

This morning, I am wearing a larger western style Wrangler shirt.

Also hit 50.75" in the bust.

Lots of sensation including pushing, needle like, and they are off shape from each other.

IDK how everyone else handles this, but I do BP and Oxygen, etc each morning., My metrics.   I also send the metric list to my doctor about every 4 months or so to show trends.
But keeping track, I can honestly say that its enjoyable to see the progression.
