Upper chest seems flabby after surgery

I had lypo and gland removal but upper chest seems still swollen or fat, it may even be loose skin.
I'm 4 weeks post op is this normal and should i be massaging the whole area of chest rather than just around the nipple.

The upper chest is usually swollen early on but does not require messaging in general. If it is still present it is most likey fat.
