It is surprising how much boobage is ignored if the rest of your persona is explicitly gruff male. I'm currently 38 G // 40 F depending on manufacturer and cut and have had them mostly missed even by staff at bra fitters till I explicitly point them out. People are really not that observant, Once you fit into a pigeon hole they tend to miss the things that don't fit with their expectations.
This well crafted reply instills lots of confidence within me; I am slowly becoming more confident in public, particularly during the heatwave we’ve had this summer.

Only a few days ago I was wishing my summer away, anxiously awaiting fall to get here, so I could get out my Duluth trading sweatshirts and flannels….and cover up.

If I may,

Sometimes the pulling and itching is partially the result of skin being stretched.    I have found that gentle massage (check out youtube) and some good lotion twice per day help considerably.  Gotta Love 'em.

When this started for me, as I have told others, it was a relief for me because in my own persona, I knew they were suppose to be there. Then they finally arrive. But I also did cover up for a bit, but slowly just "came out" more and more with them. No one really noticed with some exception. I was also told by others that they looked natural on me in the first place. Like they belonged there.
That is something that when I see other men with breasts, comforts me a bit to know, IU am not alone.

Man, you have a nice set of breasts. I mean, they can really capture masculine attention. How do you deal with that?

For 1 I dont really advertise. You all get much more behind scene footage then what passers by get during day2day activities. No low cut tops etc. ..I keep covert dont  flaunt.. my wife acts as judge if my clothing selection isn't covering the truth as well as I think. So far only 1 off putting interaction and  that spurred no repeat offense since initial interaction.

That is an interesting topic that is not very discussed. After a certain point, gynecomastia can really look like female breasts. Regardless if they are on a men, they are still perceived as female breasts, and it does certainly attract masculine attention.
I saw some reports where a man that had severe gynecomastia did received constantly stares, and perceived often they often had... ''marks'' on their pants. At one moment, a  married man, with wife etc. asked to ''get closer'' with his breasts, as he was feeling tempted.
Regardless if those breasts are on a man, they still being something that men want to look. Specially in situations where the female ones are covered, but the ones on guys with severe gynecomastia are not.
I would say it is wise to wear bras or some selection of clothing if you do want to avoid those situations.

That is the issue I had in Jr. high....Short chunky younger than my age looking nerdy boy with small B cup breasts. Swear I got felt up more than any of the girls did (and by the girls too) totally against my will. Things were treated differently in the '70s.... it was my fault for having grown them. Shirts vs skins in gym class meant I was shirtless as gym teachers used shame to get you to lose weight back then.
