Starting out - Tamoxifen questions

1)  im currently starting out at 20mg of Tamoxifen a day.  am i supposed to continually take it at this dosage until gyne drastically disappears?  or do i taper down and stop until a certain time period?

2) im already a week into the Tamoxifen, i've noticed my skin clearing up.  ive had eczema for years ... anyone know if Tamoxifen has some side effect affecting the skin? i understand it changes the hormone balance.
