Absolutely. Many of us, our breasts have developed in to more breast than chest and as a result they need support like any woman's would. It gets to a point where it's no longer about wanting a bra due to the breast growth, but needing a bra due to the breast growth. We wear braces for our elbows, ankles and knees when they need additional support. Why not wear a bra when our breasts need additional support.

Dude,

Gravity is affecting your breasts in a feminine manner according to that photo. Nothing to be ashamed of there. Good on you.

Fat is nowhere the mass of mammary tissue and why most false gynecomastia doesn't really benefit from a bra and gravity just latches on to the mammary mass and pulls it down leading to the bouncing and jiggling as the mammary tissue reacts to the forces of motion and gravity. Newton's Law's of Gravity. That's why a bra can feel so good to counteract the forces of motion vs gravity. And why it's totally appropriate to be supported no matter your genitals. Counteracting the forces bring comfort.

Women may not understand the physics of what's happening, and they may complain about their bras but they won't be caught not wearing one. You are experiencing the same effect. I know I do and I am not alone either. I know I would rather not have to wear a bra (most women feel the same way) but am damn glad I do wear one. I have experienced the alternative and never again.

Thanks John! I’m not ashamed of my breasts now days and haven’t been for some time. It is astonishing to me to see photos from months ago and a recent one and see the changes in shape, softness and coverage of growth especially up near the armpit and sides that feel has continued to raise off my chest.
I do get concerned going to the gym lately as it is a smaller gym and wearing a bra isn’t much of an option as it is a need lately. And have begun wearing them more regularly there. Contrary to the shape it gives me my concern is that of my tank top style pullovers being spotted with their lowered back line around the men and women in the smaller weight room. But I can’t imagine going without a bra so i just try to mind my business and hope no one sees it and go about my business.
I’m an avid runner and feeling my chest jiggle more than ever lately has prompted the no more going without some kind of bra. And feel the gym like the workplace is just a gotta get used to it and get comfortable bout it.

Dudewithboobs,  I can see that you definitely benefit from and need the support of a good bra.  I'm glad you have found contentment in your body shape.  Good for you.  You look good.

Thank you parity. Just thankful for Ben who suggested tank tops with shelf bras in them. Recent spurts making a bra more of a need than a canvas helped tremendously during awkward moments in social settings they are a life saver

Dude with boobs,

With the increased breast size and the need for a more substantial bra to support them I gritted my teeth and just started to not be concerned if I was noticed in the gym or locker room.
I have noticed ( with great difficulty ) only a few people who were able to see  ‘ something’ . Not one person has said a word and I have been seen often in the locker room while changing.
It won’t take them long to ignore what they think they see.
Keep on truckin’. !
Regards, Bob

Appreciate it WPW I wore my bra again today at the gym. No worry or concern. Just went about my business. I’m very happy being back to a stage of energy and focus of my health physically to be as active as I was in my 20s in the gym. Take the good with the bad

Dude....it’s fantastic that you go to the gym!..I work out 4-5 times a week at our local gym and the owner is a fitness coach that has been helping me the last two years. I wear a sports bra and he knows it. He knows that I have a healthy chest because when I started he measured my body...biceps, thighs, chest and so on. I am 68 years old 5-11 and weigh 185.
I’m stuck at that weight  because of my muscle gain. After two years I gained inches in my thighs, calves, biceps, forearms, butt, and chest. Lost inches in my waist. I feel great!...low carb diet helps also. I haven’t measured my testosterone levels in the last two years because I really don’t want to know. I do things to help increase those levels like lifting heavy weights and vitamins....D helps with that and red light treatments that are supposed to help.
I know of others that wear sports bras also. Even younger guys that run on the treadmill. Keeps them from getting chafed nipples. Some try to hide their man boobs with huge oversized t-shirts. I like my boob smashing sports bras. Looks like I have humongous pectoral muscles 🤣🤣🤣. I started this because like the rest of you probably read all the ways to get rid of man boobs through exercise. Well I still have them...oh well I accept that. But the rest of me is strong and feels good....guys please get in shape, especially as we age. It’s really tough at first. I have seen many come and go because it’s hard. Stick it out and you will feel a amazing difference. So don’t be afraid to wear those bras no matter what style you like. If it helps....do it.
We all have different body shapes. I see some men shaped more like women and some of the women at the gym have bodies like men.
So I have learned that having boobs is not a bad thing even after trying so hard with exercise to lose them.
Guys be good to yourselves, love who you are and embrace what you have.

Hey! Thanks :) yeah being active and working on fitness is a high focus of mine. I took a supplement that plummeted, red reishi last year for some time and it was said to be great for joint health and pain and I was having a bad bout of that and ran with it. Didn’t know it was also an anti androgen herb and wasn’t till things went south that I looked further into it. That said, weight gain among other things was an issue I dealt with cause of it.
I got back in to the gym on workouts I had done awhile ago and just found through workout better diet and being more aware of supplements taking and their effects and adverse ones, I’d rebounded it seems. And it just has become a solid routing that is important to me to maintain for personal, professional and family sake.
I hear ya in the testing of testosterone area. I feel I’m fine, things seem fine, but I have noticed weight going to other areas subtly but noticeably and unsure if it’s chest workouts or breast growth but I’ve gained almost an inch since a month or so ago and it feels softer not firmer in my chest. But since other things seem fine I just take it as it is till actual concerns become seen if they do.
I’ve yet to see a man in a bra at either gym I go to but I’d like to believe they exist lol. I’m becoming increasingly more comfortable in a bra at a gym and it’s definitely thanks to my overall confidence from working out. I love my boobs I love my bras and how they make my breasts look even in a sports or pullover I don’t think they look like pecs due to the shape but I also doubt guys are looking at guys like hey he’s got a bra or hey that guy has boobs so it doesn’t cross my radar of concern much

Sounds like you two are doing well
75 y/o here, been working heavy in the gym & yoga class 4-5 times per week. Not much luck with the results since the MEN diagnosis along with poly myalgia rheumatica that is treated with prednisone. Weight is slowly climbing 15 lbs despite dieting and red light therapy, gym and supplements and and and. It the drug, was doing fantastic before that. Guess getting old is really not for sissies.
Mental health and attitude are well though, glad you both are on a good track , stay strong !
