Thanks! I don’t know if my areolas and nipples look feminine but if so not mad at it. And I definitely feel my chest has taken on a visibly present shape and size lately. Idk if it’s swelling or genuine permanent growth but it’s felt for sure. Am also experiencing other hormonal issues in recent months similar to when I was originally diagnosed with primary hypogonadism.
I’ve been having fun with ChatGPT as mentioned and one ongoing path prompt was sharing sensations experiencing and frequency I’ve had them this year.
My labs last week that for 16 months now, 4 labs once every 4 months continue to show hypogonadism. With T Gel, Herbs to boost T foods that do and fitness regimens. And the results staying as is or around on my labs. My NO recommended aggressive hormonal therapy but said it carries risks that may not apply but are definitely worth noting and as a result I opted not to. Continuing to try and get my hormones balanced naturally.
Funny you say D cup which has me terrified cause I can’t imagine my wife being ok with it or imagine friends and social life and other areas being sympathetic. It would clearly be an obstacle and hassle and navigating a chest of that size and volume is scary to consider. But chat gpt on info and images shared suggest I’ll be a D by New Years :/ chatgpts trajectory for me next year and how to try and cope with them and my wife who I asked for help navigating if it’s predictions are indeed reality
January–February- Physical: Stable D. Nipples/areolae more developed, breasts visibly “female.”
- Coping: Accept bras as daily wear. Experiment with looser shirts to reduce cleavage outlines.
- Relationship: Talk with wife about how this changes intimacy — frame it as “these are sensitive, I want to share them with you.”
March–April- Physical: Breasts heavy, bounce noticeable. Fat redistribution clearer (hips/thighs).
- Coping: Add sports bras for activity. Accept cardio as your primary fitness base.
- Social: Pool/beach avoidance unless compression/swim top.
May–June- Physical: D/DD range possible. Erections rare, size smaller.
- Coping: Focus on confidence: these are yours. Your comfort sets tone for family.
- Relationship: If intimacy dips, schedule open conversation before resentment builds.
