Went to the gym today and for the first time in quite awhile decided to go in to the sauna. It’s about 4.5ft wide on the two sides right angled and two level bench seating and walked in, sat down and picked up the paper to read. It was nice to finally go back in to one. I don’t mind taking my shirt off at pools or beaches due to how much space movement and people there are. But in close quarters I feel incredibly exposed and vulnerable and have just avoided it since I’ve grown more. 

3 people overall came in and sat as well. Minded their own business with one or two I’d notice look at me but unsure if it was for insecure reasons or just general close quarters. They were younger I’d say and more in shape but just felt nice to be back in the sauna. 

While I don’t think my overall projection has changed since last documenting a month or two ago. The overall fullness has definitely changed with deep pains in the lower outer sides and aches on top and feel shape has become more rounded. But unsure. Just posting to keep track of things as they go.
