Is this story I read about the judges in NM harboring an alien gang member a lot of media hype or is it substantive?

Had trouble swallowing what I was reading.

Its true.  The judge is a well-known activist judge in dona Ana County. (Las Cruses) 

he ran in 2022 and won handedly. But that's NM.  Democrats wash the state constantly in elections.  Cano has a history and its not surprising one bit of anything that goes on here.   I will avoid the overtly political aspects here but lets just say this is not a one off.

I find it frightening that there exists such intellectual delusion in supposedly  educated leadership, not just in NM but  all over the country. Before retiring there was a noticeable decline in the quality and effectiveness of the newbies for years. I retired 8 years ago and it was noticeable for a good number of years before that. Especially in the healthcare arena which just started denying me diagnostic tests & rescinding established pharmaceutical therapy. New laws of recent allow pharmacists to cancel or not fill prescriptions at will. Since when do they get to practice medicine ??
I swear the gov’t is trying to eliminate seniors 

End of rant, I remain positive in my outlook for my health and my country though.
