No Pain No Gain

I remember a woman I dated in my early 20s who while dating began switched her birth control and as a result her breasts were always sore, grew quite a bit and so forth. She never complained about where the pain lead to, and would make light of it by comedically saying "no pain no gain". In ignorance I'd joke they couldn't hurt that bad and she'd be mad that I downplayed what she was feeling.

Fast forward, while some aches and pains have been present in the growth I've experienced. The current state of things is the worst. It feels like something is constantly poking deep in my tissue all over the side wall and under areolas and an insanely annoying tingling feeling. I remember she would put a heating pad on her chest to ease things up a bit and did the same these last few days with a warm rag and it definitely helped. 

We're still friends on social media, though we never talk at all, just friends who aren't friends lol. But when scrolling the other day saw a post she made about something not related at all. But just wanted to message and be like "i'm sorry i ever doubted how much it can suck to feel yours breasts growing". Obviously didnt lol but it just reminded me that yup, no pain doesn't always equal no gain. But it definitely seems to be more true than not, when there's pain....there's gain coming

In my early growing phase & not knowing what was happening ( MEN Syndrome ) I started gathering Christmas decorations and was carrying a big box limiting my vision. I crammed a corner into my breast passing a door jamb. The pain was stunning, brought me to my knees & I had apnea for a half minute or so. 
This was when I discovered the bud under the nipples. Only felt pain like that before when I broke bones.
It’s truly amazing the sensitivity.

When I developed around 13y old, I can not remember if they were sore at all. I do recall they seemed to have grown almost overnight.

Like you, I started growing breasts between 10-11 years old.   I don’t recall any pain either.  By the time I was 12, I was able to wear a bra that my older sisters had.

I don't remember any pain or discomfort at all either. I didn't really notice anything until friends and family started to point it out. That was about 12 years old, and I was easily an A cup by then. No pain I can remember clear up to my senior year, and I was about a C cup by then. 
My father took me to see the doctor, and he said the gyno would subside on its own around the age of 13. By 17 he took me back and they put me on testosterone for 2 years to try and stop it. 

I can't remember any pain or discomfort until about my 50s when they started growing again.

  As I began to develop and grow there was pain behind the nipple and the nipple itself.   As the breast grew there was quite a bit of soreness and itching.   There were times it felt as though a string was being pulled through and out of my nipples.  I still get sore breast for a week or two then I can see and feel the fullness in the breast change.

  After a period of no pain I don't think about it and never think about it until a conversation like this comes up.   It's hard to remember back and describe the exact pain and discomfort I had.  The same as with most injures I've had.  I remember the incident but long forgotten how to explain the level of pain.

  I do know it hurts when I wack them into something.  There is pain then!

I have heard this from many women, where many girls talk about the soreness, most women do not remember it.  For me, still growing the discomfort is common and at times painful.

No pain for me, that I remember, when they started growing at 11 or 12 either! But some pretty intense pain as they continued to grow later in life. The pain/growth seems to have subsided.

Initially I had itching and warm sensations that subsided pretty quickly. And came again some months later. That was the initial budding I believe. Like most I didn’t feel anything other than shirts being tighter or being in the way more in some motions. It wasn’t until I hit a B cup that pains and aches came frequently and now as a C sore has become a norm with genuine or temporary growth happening it seems. I’m glad so many don’t have to deal with it but am glad I’m not alone with it as it def sucks lol
