The Netflix show is "Doc Martin", a very funny and well done series of a physician with a blood phobia in a small coastal Cornwall town in the UK.
My wife and I have watched the series twice over a period of years. The first time she was apologetic when the initial Gynecomastia episode was watched as I guess she thought I would be overly embarrassed with her. I mean she washes all my bras and reminds me to pack them for a trip so how embarrassing could a show be?
I noted the second time we watched the series a number of years later, she omitted starting with that first episode.
