Help me decipher this Underworks email

Its been two weeks since I ordered my dam #997 shirt! I sent them an email telling them my name+ address and they sent me this email back:

"Order processed 1/13 and dispatched with the postal service Global Priority Mail."

What the hell!?

I understand that means that its been sent but whats with this  1/13?

Still they didnt answer how long it would take, oh well I will have to wait and see, I'm hopeing soon.

Dude.....

It just sounded as is you didn't know what '1/13' was referring to. That was an odd way of saying 'why did they not specifically tell me how long it was going to take to deliver the vest'.

Sorry for the misunderstanding my man!  

Sometimes deliveries take a little longer than expected. Be patient dude!
