hard tissue

Hey, I've asked a few questions on this form already about swelling, and thank you all for your answers, but this seems to be different.  Under each nipple there is a large hard bump, it almost feels like the breast tissue is still there and nothing was done.  

I'm two weeks post-op.  Is it possible it could've returned this fast?  

My PS told me he didn't want to take it all out, as there would've been too much empty space.  Could it be the remaining tissue that's swollen and hard?

I have the same hard lumps and i'm 3 months post op. I was told that it is scar tissue and to massage that area about 3-4 times a day but it will eventually go away.
