Internal Scar Tissue

Can Internal Scar Tissue swell up (and go back to normal) even one year post-op? I think this happened to me. I was wrestling the other day and my left pec was kind of swelled - like the scar tissue inside. It didn't hurt or anything it was just "puffy". Two days later it seems normal again. Did anyone experience the same thing after vigorous activity?
