Pre and post surgery photos

Hi guys,

Another month has passed..  

It's now three months post operation and there's new photos available:

I'm happy to tell that the scar tissue on the left side has started to diminish   I have massaged it occassionally - about few times in a week.

I also started a new two phase program on the gym that should start to build up muscle mass. It means I'm working out on different muscle groups each time. Trying to go gym at least 2 times per week.

I've also enjoyed swimming recently. That's one thing that wasn't so nice earlier. You probably know why...

Hi guys,

I skipped few months, it's about 6++ post surgery now

I've spent quite a lot of time on the pool this summer and also on gym.

There's still little bit of internal scar tissue but not much. The left side is little bit fuller than the right one, but the difference is not big.

But I'm very, very happy with the surgery results even the shape is not 100% perfect + symmetric etc. It's soooo much better now before the surgery. And I would not consider any sort of re-surgery for the time being.
