Greetings!  I finally bought a digital camera for an upcoming trip and decided to post some before and after pics of my surgery.  I am very happy with the results.

Its been 4 months since the surgery and I've been working out very hard since January 10th.

nice one. what did u have lipo or excision?

I had glandular excision w/ a periolar lift.  Lipo was also done in the chest area
