I'm looking to get my gyne dealt with in NYC.  I've seen a couple of docs, but I've been generally unimpressed.  Doctors have been generally pretty short with me and unwilling to answer questions thoroughly.  At any rate, I was wondering if anyone knew of a primary care or internal medicine guy that I could just talk to and who could maybe refer me to a PS who wouldn't suck.  Anyone have any experience talking to a regular day-to-day doctors that have helped you in this regard?  I'm not looking for Nadler, Reardon, or some other PS -- just a regular doc.

I'm also wondering if anyone has ever had any luck with anti-estrogens, too, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences.

As far as your anti estrogen question I have had luck keeping the gyno under control and not progressing if I take 40mg of Novaldex daily. I know it seems like a lot but it's an inexpensive way to keep it under control.
