Lipodissolve/Mesotherapy?

I saw an ad for lipodissolve, has anybody had any experiences with it?

It seems to be a nonsurgical treatment where they inject something into the fat site and it shrinks the fat cells.

It seems like a lot of plastic surgeons do it and its certianly not cheap (like 2000) so theres gotta be at least something behind it?
