Okay, i've tried Adractim and sorry to say it guys but no signs of progress whatsoever. Time to start thinking seriously. I don't really have that bad of a case of gyne. I have slightly puffy nipples (stick out about 1/2 inch give or take) and they are visible through most of my shirts, which is embarassing. I was wondering if surgery is less for mild cases, like mine. And also, after surgery, how long until i can take my shirt off without people noticing and how long until i can start working out again? Any input would be great. Thanks.
