Fluid behind nipples

I asked this question once before and got no replies thought I'd try again
I have what appears to be fluid under nipples after taking methyl one test.This stuff actually kind of moves.
When spread out nipples are flat when constricted nipples stick out.Any ideas how to get rid of this?
