my weight has changed dramatically over the past few years and although not thin yet im working on it!, going to start trying to build some bulk go off the cardio abit now. But im worried about working out incase i get muscle behind my breasts which i guess could make them more prominent right?,
well could you guys take a look at my problem and tell me if it is a bad case or not?,
also i have been offered surgery on the NHS for FREE a great thing the NHS is but i decided to weight a few more months so i can try and lose weight and see if i can solve it on my own if not surgery is my option,
i was offered lypo which seems to suit me best as i dont have much breast tissue i was told it's mostly excess fat! and lypo leaves no scares!.
the other option was to have some breast tissue removed which i believe leaves scares which i really dont want but i might have to do if the problem pursists.
i am 16 about 6'1 and weight about 13stone overweight i know but i'm working on it!
so any advice on what surgery to go for would be very helpful thanks people.! ???

what is NHS...try to cut your body fat down to like 12-13% and if its still a problem THAN get the surgery

NHS is the hospital service we have in Britain where we all pay taxes and all other stuff each month or year depending and we get use of the NHS, so it's basicly like the countrys hospital but it can become very busy and long ques are frequent, because of this there are also private hospitals.

Your weightlifting and cardio hopefully will do the trick.

Good luck!

i have yet to read about someone who got lipo only and was completely pleased. on the other hand you dont know if you have gland under there until you are cut open, in my opinion id go to a surgeon that does both and let him decide what to do since that is what makes him a surgeon. do some research and get second opinions. on the flip side you are only sixteen and it may just be that your hormones are changing. i know how bad gyno sucks (we all do) but you may be too young tgo consider surgery not sure on that.

that's gyne, so lifting is good, but a lifetime of lifting will not cure this.  people have had both bad and good nhs experiences, read back through the uk board or post specific questions there, but remember you need a ps/specialist, not a general surgeon -- they'll just cut you anywhere with no real regard for appearance, minimal familiarity with scarring, etc., you want it done right.  it's great they'll cover it, but of course nothing, like you explained, is truly free ;)

people's complaints about lipo are mostly like you say when it's not as much tissue, you could do ok, but get a second opinion to be safe.  it's not scar-free, but an incision on the areola hides very well and might be better than one under the armpit, which hides well too but then damages tissue a little between there and the target.

* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
