lipo after excision question

Hi,i have a mild gyno case....i will do this year the operation.The dr i have find told me that the after excision lipo will be made not through the cut-opening made for excision but from the sides of my chest...How your operations was made?Lipo from the sides or through excisions openeing?If will be made from the sides will remain obvious scars from lipo canulas?

I had it from the sides and you can't see the scars....very small , about 5 mm
