Hey problem Man.. I would like to know why are you doing the tests in Installments?
First you did testosterone, prolactin, estradiol.
then later seperately you are doing FSH, TSH and HCG Beta
Whats all this for?
Did your Endo Dr. Vagesh say to do them in instalments or you are doing them yourself in that pattern ??
Ok whatever you know better what is going on on your side.
Dr. VASAN the famous andrologist that all people are talking about is the DIRECTOR of "Manipal Andrology and Reproductive Services" Dept @ MANIPAL HOSPITAL.
I say make Manipal your one stop shop.. you pay for quality.....you need'nt run from hospital to hospital with all kinds of doctors each saying different stuff. with weird lab reports and lots of confusion.
It's soo annoying you know..... If I knew about Dr. Vasan previously @ manipal.I would have done the tests and Endo consultation in Manipal. But I wasnt knowing. thats why I went to St. Johns because I heard its good got my hormones tested @ St. John Medical Laboratory and my reports were read by Dr. Prassanna (ENDO- HOD of MS. Ramaiah hospital) as well as Dr.Anatheshwar my PS who chopped off my gyne.
Now you guys have the power of knowledge on your side... We missed out on many good doctors. You will get much better treatments and consultations than us. Hope you be successful.
See Dr. VASAN's full profile in this website link below:
http://www.manipalhospital.org/index.php?option=com_doctorinfo&task=view&doctor_id=94Estrogen levels being too high make it difficult to treat gyne without it coming back. In your case most probably they will do a 100% breast gland excision. otherwise the estrogen will make your boobs grow back even after chopping them off.
So YOUR ESTROGEN LEVELS ARE VERY HIGH. Then you shoudn't be suprised of " movement in your boobs and discomfort". Your body will respond to any sexual stimulation just like a girl due to your elevated estrogen(female hormone) levels.Refer my previous post. I told you my research seldom goes wrong because I take pains in doing it correctly and cross check before I post anything.
Yes, Tamoxifen is the correct medicine ( SERM-estrogen blocker). But ensure that if you take it for long periods say 1 year + you will need to do Liver function tests every 6 months and Trigycerides tests every 3 months. Ask your ENDO about the side effects and what he suggests.
There are many side effects (long term) for that medication. But the benefits of tamoxifen outweigh the risks.
whats your age dear problem man?
Anyway all the best.
