Its not pain, its more of some kind of activity in my boobs. I also feel discomfort in gland/boob area.

Hey relax problem man . LOLZZZZ

It's an orgasm you are reaching. since your testosterone hormone levels are way way down close to the lower limit of 3 on a scale of 3-10. Your body will react to any sexual stimulation like a girl .....some gays also experience such events.

I know its sounds weird and offensive ( to people who arent open- minded). But ask any girl and she will tell you that on stimulation of her clitoris ( a sensitive part of the vagina exterior). she feels movement of things in her boobs followed by a "suction feeling" in her nipples with little tenderness and slight/dull discomfort or pain.

It goes without saying that her boobs will be standing out and nipples will be erect and swollen with super sensitivity in them.

I've posted my findings Not for you to reply positive or negative. Its know it's EMBARRASING and we dont expect you to  acknowledge anything.

Just make a self diagnoses and see where you stand yourself.

And get on a regimen of hormonal therapy/ anti hormaonal theray ASAP.

Wishing you all the best in your progress.

And yes , I got my hormones tested in St.Johns Hospital. They are professional and pretty reasonable also. But your test results will be scribbled with a pen on the same Investigation request form which looks like toilet paper datz if your fussy about a nice well documented report. :-[

Yes problem man. Just one observation:

Whats was the test followed to measure testosterone?

Because the Ranges for testosterone on My report and other people who posted were on a range scale of 3.0 - 10.0  ng/ml for MEN .

In this case ,I fail to read your report correctly as I'm not a doctor and dunno how to read your report.

Your Prolactin  is perfectly OK and Estradiol is fine....

But i cannot say anything about testosterone Because the range itself is not matching with what reports we got ......

Is any body a doctor here or has got a report looking like Problem mans ???? . If YES then PLZ ADVISE. If not, then the only person who can help you read it is a Good ENDOCRINOLOGIST.

BTW: Why dont you post the name of the endocrinologist who you are meeting  ?

It will be of great use and help for other patients.

Take care and speedy resolution of your boobs activity.

I am meeting Dr.Vagesh of St.johns hospital. I had consulted him before, he prescribed me Tamoxifen for 3 months due to high estrogen, now i will be meeting again to know the future course of action.

My testosterone is normal. Dr.Vagesh himself said the only problem is that Estrogen is a little bit high(upper-third of normal range).
I got the tests done in Mallya hospital. I think their measurement is different compared to St.john's hospital.
Later Vagesh asked me to get TSH and HCG-beta hormones tested. Even they were normal. Now i am planning to get FSH and Progesterone hormones tested, i will discuss this with the Endo.

Hey problem Man.. I would like to know why are you doing the tests in Installments?

First you did testosterone, prolactin, estradiol.

then later seperately you are doing FSH, TSH and HCG Beta ???

Whats all this for?

Did  your Endo Dr. Vagesh say to do them in instalments or you are doing them yourself in that pattern ??

Ok whatever you know better what is going on on your side.

Dr. VASAN  the famous andrologist that all people are talking about is the DIRECTOR of  "Manipal Andrology and Reproductive Services" Dept @ MANIPAL HOSPITAL.

I say make Manipal your one stop shop.. you pay for quality.....you need'nt  run from hospital to hospital with all kinds of doctors each saying different stuff. with weird lab reports and lots of confusion.

It's soo annoying you know..... If I knew about Dr. Vasan previously @ manipal.I would have done the tests and Endo consultation in Manipal. But I wasnt knowing. thats why I went to St. Johns because I heard its good got my hormones tested @ St. John Medical Laboratory and my reports were read by Dr. Prassanna (ENDO- HOD of MS. Ramaiah hospital) as well as Dr.Anatheshwar  my PS who chopped off my gyne.

Now you guys have the power of knowledge on your side... We missed out on many good doctors. You will get much better treatments and consultations than us. Hope you be successful.

See Dr. VASAN's  full profile in this website link below:

http://www.manipalhospital.org/index.php?option=com_doctorinfo&task=view&doctor_id=94

Estrogen levels being too high make it difficult to treat gyne without it coming back. In your case most probably they will do a 100% breast gland excision. otherwise the estrogen will make your boobs grow back even after chopping them off.

So YOUR ESTROGEN LEVELS ARE VERY HIGH. Then you shoudn't be suprised of " movement in your boobs and discomfort". Your body will respond to any sexual stimulation just like a girl due to your elevated estrogen(female hormone) levels.Refer my previous post. I told you my research seldom goes wrong because I take pains in doing it correctly and cross check before I post anything.

Yes, Tamoxifen is the correct medicine ( SERM-estrogen blocker). But ensure that if you take it for long periods say 1 year + you will need to do Liver function tests every 6 months and Trigycerides tests every 3 months. Ask your ENDO about the side effects and what he suggests.

There are many side effects (long term) for that medication. But the benefits of tamoxifen outweigh the risks.

whats your age dear problem man?

Anyway all the best.

First i checked for Testosterone, Prolactin and Estradiol levels based on suggestion by some forums guys.
In March 2007, i consulted the Endocrinologist Dr.Vagesh, he saw the report and said my Estrogen level is high, at the same time he asked me to test for TSH and HCG-beta hormones aswell as scrotal ultrasound and breast ultrasound. Even these tests came out normal.
I spoke to him about my gland/breast activity & discomfort problem. He was very negative in his response, he said there is no relation b/w the masturbation and gynecomastia.
Now i remembered i should have also done FSH and Progesterone hormone tests. I think i will get this done in Mallya hospital.
so, these tests are not planned in instalments, it just happened.

Regarding Vasan, yes i would like to take his opinion too.

You did'nt tell me how much of ur gland was cut? like 95% or 100%? If 100% of my gland is cut, my nipple area might look concave. i will have to build up my muscle and do lots of workouts and stuff if this happens. Like some forum guys say..i would rather have a concave nipple than a lumpy nipple or gyne returning chest.

And this Tamoxifen thing is not doing its job properly. I still have the discomfort and activity around the boobs(even while i type this, even without masturbating). The endo Vagesh said gyne won't return even with high estrogen. then i don't understand why he gave me tamoxifen? This time i will prepare a list of questions, and will ask him everything that is bothering me. The consultation is cheap, only Rs.100.

my age - I will be turning 27 soon.

Hats of to Dr. Vagesh. :)

He knows his job well. A scrotal ultrasound and breast ultrasound ARE COMPULSORY TO RULE OUT CANCER.

CANCER chances become 10 fold (10 times the normal chances) with elevated Progesterone and Estrogen in a male body and even females too.

And he has to Give You TAMOXIFEN or any other equivalent / superior drugs.

If you don't take these drugs the following things may happen :

1) You wont be able to become a FATHER the natural way .

( you would need to do Artificial Fertilization thru IVF and other costly  non- natural methods.)

2) You increase your chances of Dying Young With CANCER.

3) Your bones get brittle and you break your hip and all major joints before the age of 60. The treatments will be very costly and painful (hip replacement surgery etc etc.)

Now tell me what you prefer taking Tamoxifen or taking a chance for the above things to happen ????

Better be a good boy and  listen to doctors advise and treatment  ;D

And BTW:  My gland was removed 100% The whole fuking Yellow looking jelly Gland was thrown in the Garbage bin. I wish he gave it to me to stamp it.thats how much I hated my Moobs. >:(
Yes, you are correct, there is a slight depression (concavity) which will get filled up with my pectoralis (pec muscles) when I start going to the GYM  :D

Tamoxifen is a temperory Estrogen-blocker. The moment you stop taking tamoxifen, ur body will see an elevated increase in estrogen, this will worsen ur gyne, it has happened to me. I want a more powerfull drug than tamoxifen, will speak to the endo about this. or i might jump into surgery with 100% gland removal to prevent gland regrowth.

Yeah sad man that American Grandpa (in the pics) must be cursing da day he got "reverse gynecomastia" lolzzzzzzzzzzz"

Dont laugh... but you gotta be careful cuz maybe you'll end up looking like that...Then you wil have to make up stories that You worked in Indian Army and went for Kargil war when one Ak-47 low velocity bullet hit ur chest sideways and thats how You got that dent in your chest.

Ask your PS about the dents and concavity....

Mine looks perfectly normal and super- flat .Im soooooooo happy.

I wanted to post my 20 days POST OPERATIVE pics.

Actually my chest is still swollen a bit. So I went to Dr. Anantheshwar. and he prescribed me a gel called " THROMBOPHOB " - Heparin percutaneous therapy.

I have to massage my chest with this gel twice daily for 10 days..I used it for 2 days now and the swelling has come down drastically.

As I always say a picture is worth a thousand words. So I end here .

PS. The pictures are of my chest as of today's date.

Also observe the swelling in MY RIGHT Boob.( in picture left side). It is darkish color below the nipple area. The swelling in MY LEFT boob has come down drastically. When I asked doctor about how long maximum you think the swelling will take to completely vanish . He said a maximum of 3 months.

But the way I'm recovering he could estimate just 1 month more from today.

Observe that there is NO CONCAVITY in my Chests upon observation. The reason is the nipple area tissue and skin  is slowly adhering to the space between the Pectoralis (Major & minor) muscles. THe compression vest is doing its job perfectly in that sense.

This post was made just to :
A) Satisfy the eyes of Curious readers to see a bare chested pic post surgery.

B) To Relieve Mr.Problem man of his " Paranoia" about Concavity after 100% gland excision. Note that I have "No visible Concavity" even after 100% gland removal.
