Loose Skin Nipples

Hey Guys

I was just wondering if any of you are post op, but have loose skin of the nipples?

Im 3 years post op, and although im happy with the surgery (Glandular), im still left with large loose nipples. Although they do look norml when cold.

Could surgery successfully reduce the size?
