Anyone have surgery with Dr Tim Sproule

Hello
I have my surgery sched next week on July 11.  Has anyone have surgery with Dr Sproule before?  This is the first time I have come accross this site.  I wish i had before, since everyone is reccomending List or that Fielding dude.  I have already paid  $6000 for my surgery, seems like a little too much compared to everyone else.  I hope everything goes ok with mine and its worth the money.  Just feel that I should have done more research before making any decisions.  

Please let me know if anyone has had sugery with DR SPROULE>
