i am very concered about what my results may look like that's why im trying to collect all the information i can from ppl i talk to and the internet. i know ppl who have had this surgery done locally by local surgeons and couldn't be happier. there body is no longer something thats always on there mind, and i notice how different, comfortable, relaxed and confident they are.

First of all surgery is not the only solution. If you want to get rid of it and you have breast tissue, it is the only real answer. In early slight cases and with the right drugs in some cases it can be resolved.

As for how common it is, I have heard that it is the 4th most common procedure on men and the most common procedure for men.

I am not sure who really keeps stats on this, which is part of the problem. So much around this is essentially made up.

Most are happy with surgery results, and the ones that are not sometimes are trying to get the surgery to solve other problems. It does not work that way.

It is great that you don't want surgery, but resenting others that do is a problem. Again you are angry, why don't you talk to a therapist about that anger. BDD is a big problem, that no amount of surgery will solve.

I don't need anything from you, and nothing you have said in anyway relates to me. You don't have the power to impact me other than the sadness that I feel for someone that clearly does not know how they are coming across or i suspect even what you are really feeling.

You are still on here, that says a lot about my tolerating your opinion. It is a close call, because I don't think that you respect the opinion of others. You don't listen and you often jump to the wrong conclusion. You are angry and dump on others as a result.

The site as far as I am concerned is surgery netural. Because it is a big decision and often a lot of money, it is beneficial to provide a lot of information so that a good decision can be made.

You are the one that sees everything as prosurgery. That is your lens, not the site, and not me.

What are you gaining in these type of none stop arguments Graham?  who are you helping exactly?

I don't know of a single person you have helped, you get into these debates with everyone you come across, surely these encounters are couter-productive and a waste of energy for all concerned.

I mean your requoting and semantics spin out of control to such a degree that no one knows or cares for what is being said.  I mean as of right now what are you arguing for?

I don't see any clear position here so ??? maybe you can tell me in short what the point is.
