Just tell people to stop  beating round the bush and get operated at Haddassah medical center.

 There PS surgery dept. is one of the best in the Middle east. Thanks to

 Hizbollah giving doctors plenty of bomb blast victims to fix up daily.(sarcastically intended)

 Just Go to Haddassah Ein kerem medical center. period !!!!!
