How can you tell somebodys age without seeing their face? lol, although i agree actually the first pics did somewhat look teenish, as you look quite thin.

I think you have glandular gyne and obviously the fat that the gland brings with it. You can see a nice shaped chest below the gland shape, and i think you could get a vry nice result with excision of the gland.

Did you take any meds after your accident that could have caused the hormonal balance to change in favour of gyne?
