Bit of advice please

Have always thought i had gynecomastia but in the past week i have developed an odd mark and lump.
 Am just fishing for a few opions as usually when thinking about yourself you always think of the worst case.

i can see a protrusion, but we need to see your entire body for an accurate idea.

Yeah there looks like some redness there. Insect bite ? or maybe you bashed your chest you could get a soft tissue swelling. Also it is possible to get a cyst that can cause a lump and redness in that area I wouldn't go for the worse case situation just yet.Gyne does cause a small lump and tenderness but Iam not sure about skin inflammation.

I would see your gp if you can .

Why do some of you insist on taking such close ups of your nipples? It is damn near impossible to tell anything that close up.
