Whats the most important things to do, post and pre op to speed recovery and get best results, i.e how much excersie post op what to eat or what vitamins etc to use and what to rub to the incisions?

Well, pre op, your suppose to quit smoking. Apparently smoking slows the healing process. Within 2 weeks I felt fully recovered. Very rarely would anything in my day remind me that I recently had surgery. So barely any pain. I feel I healed amazingly. Theres still swelling (I hope cause im not yet happy of this size) So yeah, stop smoking is pretty much it.

Post op. Well for the first week you should be relaxing. Dont be an idiot like me, take off the bandages, shower and go see a movie with your girlfriend:P Just sit around, do nothing and heal. No special diet is required at all. You shouldnt lose your appettiite either so its not a big deal.
Had surgery with Dr. J.C. Fielding on August 2nd.
