I am 24 and recently lost 87 lbs. my goal when i started was to get rod of my chest. everything seems to be disappearing except for my chest. can you guys take a look at my pics and tell me how bad it is? i've already seen a doc and there is nothing wrong w/ my hormones. he said my only opyion is surgery. how extensive do u think it would be? can anyone recommend someone in s. florida? thanx

Working out will not help at all with those things. If they bother you (wich i guess they probably are) you should defenatly consider an operation.

Good luck with the decision. It's not an easy one, but speaking from experience, totally worth doing!

hey those are the only REAL case ive seen here! they are bigger than mine however you are a bit fat, if you lost someweight they would look a whole load better.

i agree -
usually i'm all about surgery as a last resort. but in your case, you've done what you can in terms of losing weight/working out. sure, you could do more, but i think the surgery could be a big confidence boost (and could also provide noticeable improvements), and that should help you be more active and do the gym-thing more, etc.
i only had lipo, but my experience with surgery was very positive - had general anesthesia (which i was freaked about), but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. it was honestly like a long nap.
